Welcome to Hirekeen. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by 10x Studio. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

Hirekeen provides an AI-driven, adaptive candidate screening platform. Our service analyzes resumes and conducts automated interviews to assist employers in evaluating candidate seniority and fit. We do not guarantee employment for candidates or performance results for employers.

2. User Obligations

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided, including resume content and interview responses, is truthful and accurate.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, "jailbreak," or manipulate the AI interview system.
• You will not use the service for any fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

The Hirekeen platform, including its proprietary AI models, interview logic, algorithms, and visual design, is the exclusive intellectual property of 10x Studio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to your subscription or authorized access level.

4. Limitation of Liability

10x Studio provides the service "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any hiring decisions made by employers based on AI-generated rankings or evidence.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Technical interruptions or data inaccuracies inherent in AI-driven processing.

5. Data Privacy

Our collection and use of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
