Our founders have seen every side of the industry. From building B2B and B2C products to conducting high volume screening for the world's largest banks and reinsurance firms, one truth became clear: traditional hiring is broken.
We've watched founder time vanish into a black hole of scripted interviews. We've seen hiring teams struggle to understand the depth of niche tech. Worst of all, we've seen genuine superstars get screened away because they didn't fit a static checklist, while rehearsed candidates breezed through.
That's why we built Hirekeen. Combining a deep computer science background with a decade of entrepreneurial experience, we created the first resume aware screening engine that actually pushes candidates to their true edge.
We're building the tool we wished we had when we were hiring our first 10 employees and our first 100.
